This vitamin is expensive when purchased from the health food store, I saved by shopping online and will purchase again.
I love this my cholesterol has dropped tremendously. Even my doctor was impressed and advised me to keep it up. It’s a little pricey but worth it.
Not a bad taste at all - kind of like licorice and a very light molasses sweetness. Of course its a tincture so you smell and taste the spirits too. Very pleased so far and I recommend it.

I tried this products after having cardiologist test my cholesterol in the month of 2/13/2019. My PCM had me to test my cholesterol 3/8/2019. I asked if I could bring my past results so they can compare the difference, and I was told there wouldn't be any difference in such a short time. Well, they were wrong my LDL went from 162.0 mg% - 136.0 mg%. In 23 days it lowered my cholesterol 26.0 mg%. I ate the balanced meals I usually eat, no fried foods or fatty fast foods. I make healthy choices when I visit the restaurants 3 times a week. I must say doing this without the OC-M supplement did not lower my cholesterol. But adding it as my regiment did.
