I love this company, I have used their products for the last 20 years. I use arnica on my neck when I sleep wrong and on my aching muscles when I play too hard. (Pickleball)Arnica does not smell good, but it works! It relieves my pain, helps improve my performance, and is of the highest quality of ingredients. I put half a dropper in my hand and rub on the hurting or distressed area. Arnica is very easy to use and is a value for the money. I will definitely purchase again.
This is the best quality arnica on the market. If you read the ingredients label of other arnicas, they are not extracted from the same arnica plant as this brand. It makes a huge difference in how it heals you.
I love this product. I use it for pain on just about everywhere on me. Rub it on but make sure you wash your hands after. Do not get near eyes.
